Challenge

When Jean Eckhoff joined Conversion Logix to lead the learning and development function, the organization was in the early stages of formalizing its internal training structure. While a strong company culture and supportive leadership were in place, there was an opportunity to establish a centralized learning and development (L&D) framework that could support consistent onboarding, skill development, and scalable growth.

Strategy & Solution

To address these needs, Conversion Logix selected ELB Learning as its strategic L&D partner, implementing a suite of tools, including the Rockstar Learning Platform, Rehearsal for video coaching, and Lectora for SCORM-based authoring.

  • Custom Learning Paths: Year-long, self-guided development paths for emerging leaders were developed, incorporating a mix of microlearning, reflection assignments, and rehearsal-based storytelling.

  • Interactive Course Creation: Lectora was used to build custom SCORM modules for initiatives such as product certification. Jean leveraged the built-in interactivity and responsive design to produce professional-grade learning content efficiently.

  • Gamified Learning Experiences: Games were embedded throughout lessons to reinforce learning and increase engagement, with future plans to incorporate The Training Arcade® for more advanced game-based training.
